Strathmore has commenced the development of a new retail project to be located in Fort Myers, Florida. Fort Myers is rapidly expanding given the 920 people moving in to the State of Florida every day. Strategically located on US 41 near the central business district, the project will support several retail uses including hospitality, convenience gas, and quick serve restaurants.
