Strathmore Real Estate Group has successfully completed construction and stabilized the adaptive redevelopment of approximately 135,000 square feet of commercial space located in Acme Township, Michigan. The first phase of the Oak Shore Commons apartments is nearing completion with a new phase under construction. Strathmore Real Estate Group would like to thank the local community, tenants, contractors, and financing partners, without which this project would not have been possible.
