Strathmore Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of a credit tenant ground lease for Mavis Discount Tire to a third-party investor.
Mavis Discount Tire selected Strathmore’s 30-acre mixed use Riverview 14 project at the southwest quadrant of I-75 & Gibsonton Drive at exit 250 on I-75 because of it’s strategic location in South Hillsborough County, Florida which is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. Mavis joins the adjacent Wal-Mart Super Center, Riverview 14 AMC movie theater, Cracker Barrel, McAlister’s Deli, Woodie’s Wash Shack, Dollar Tree, Dunkin Donuts, Zaxby’s Chicken, a 124 room Extended Stay America hotel and various other small shop retailers.
Terry Benton represented Strathmore’s affiliate MV Riverview, LLC on the ground lease and Brian Bern with Franklin Street represented the Tenant.
