We began a short few years ago with a small shop in the Eastown area of Grand Rapids, Michigan and have grown to a much larger operation as of late. We only use organic flour and organic eggs as a base for our pasta and as many local ingredients as possible – herbs, vegetables, cheese etc… We make over 120 pastas dried and fresh for our customers as well as hand made sauces and hand churned organic butter sauces.
