Strathmore Real Estate Group has successfully completed the sale of its industrial portfolio in the Cleveland, Ohio MSA. The portfolio was originally purchased from a regional bank after the original developer defaulted on loans secured by various properties throughout the Cleveland MSA. The purchase, repositioning, lease up, and sale was successfuly executed by the real estate professionals at Strathmore Real Estate Group and CBRE Realty Advisors.
